16 Market Square

16 Market Square, an award-winning mixed-use building, is located on 16th Street, at the gateway to Denver's historic Lower Downtown District. This architecturally unique structure combines 25,000 square feet of restaurant and retail space, 183,000 square feet of Class AA office space and 23 luxury residential penthouses atop a three-level underground parking garage. The eight-story building is located directly across from Market Street Station, downtown Denver's primary public transit destination.

The building exterior features high-end finishes including brick arches, large architectural and structural precast concrete pieces (some weighing as much as 20 tons), limestone soffits, and a granite base at retail level.
