IsBell Lofts

Isbell Lofts is located at 18th and Lawrence street, within easy walking distance of LoDo and the restaurants and shops on the 16th Street Mall. The project is a complete renovation of the Isbell Kent Oakes Dry Goods building, a manufacturer and wholesale distributor active from the 1920's through the 1960's. Many new design elements have been added to enhance the charm and character of the original structure.

The loft project encompasses 37 classic loft condominiums with 20 one-bedroom, 10 two-bedroom lofts, and 7 two-level penthouses.
