Founded in 1864 the town is known for its unique western-Victorian downtown area. It became a municipality in 1981 and has been a thriving community ever since.
Located just 20 miles southeast of Denver, it is an easy commute to the big city. With the current population of just over 45,000 expected to grow to roughly 60,000 it is clear that the city is prospering. CNN Money Magazine recently ranked Parker the 29th best place to live in the country.
Much of this success can be credited to the highly educated working population, 85% of which has had some college experience. With such an intelligent community it is not surprising that Parker has a median income of almost 100k. Along with it's opportunities for success in business, Parker has an amazing network of trails and open space which allow you to enjoy the amazing scenery surrounding the community.
